By accessing the Counterpoint Casting Portal (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Counterpoint reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Guest Participation & Casting

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee participation in any episode of Counterpoint. Casting decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Counterpoint production team.

• All potential guests must be 18 years of age or older.
• Guests are responsible for their own travel and logistics unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Final selection is contingent upon the execution of a formal Guest Reservation Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Counterpoint and its affiliates (Counterpoint LLC, Noia Media LLC, Ryan Price LLC).

By participating in a Counterpoint production, you grant Counterpoint the irrevocable right to use your name, image, voice, and likeness in connection with the production, promotion, and distribution of the episode in all media worldwide.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Counterpoint does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Counterpoint, its members, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or participation in any production.
